Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH, overseeing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish and collaborating across accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

You will handle preconstruction steps, schedules, budgets, and coordination with field crews, contractors, and vendors, driving project success and code compliance.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction or plumbing preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction steps, coordination and site visits.
• Develop and track project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with field crews, contractors and vendors.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Attend PM meetings and review plans/specs for code compliance.
• Track costs, schedule progress, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate final punch-list, demobilization, and warranty/AS-Builds.
