Job summary

Zarrellco, a well-established commercial plumbing contractor in San Jose, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing construction from preconstruction through completion. You will coordinate with field teams, subs, vendors, and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and profitable.

Responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, reviewing drawings, tracking RFIs and change orders, and leading regular project meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial plumbing or mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management and construction software platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $145,000-$185,000 depending on experience
