Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Irwindale, CA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial tenant improvement plumbing projects in Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.

You will lead projects from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, and maintain client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing construction.
• Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, renovations, or ground-up projects.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, job costing, and change order management.
• Ability to coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeout
• Oversee project budgets, job costing, labor productivity, and financial performance
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, material procurement, and deliveries
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Work closely with field supervisors and crews to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and other trades
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets and deadlines
• Identify potential project issues and proactively address scheduling, cost, and field challenges

Summary

We're partnering with a well-established commercial plumbing contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial tenant improvement projects throughout Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.

This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from initial pricing and preconstruction through execution and closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial plumbing background and is comfortable managing project budgets, schedules, field operations, and client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience
