Job summary

All States Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Midvale, UT. You will oversee commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial plumbing or mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to track materials, equipment and submittals to meet timelines.
• Coordination with owners, architects, engineers, GC and internal teams.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes, standards and quality control.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, design/build processes, and reading drawings/specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.
• On-site midvale UT work and multi-project management.
• Relevant technical education or apprenticeship in plumbing/mechanical/construction management preferred.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.

Role Description

The Plumbing Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Midvale, UT. This role oversees commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing material and equipment procurement, monitoring field installation progress, conducting site inspections, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and code requirements. The Plumbing Project Manager will coordinate logistics and expediting activities to keep projects on schedule, resolve issues in the field, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting estimating and change order processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management for commercial plumbing or mechanical construction, including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Skills in expediting and expeditor functions, with the ability to track materials, equipment, and submittals to meet project timelines.
• Logistics management skills to coordinate deliveries, staging, and installation sequencing with field teams and vendors.
• Inspection experience and familiarity with plumbing codes, standards, and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, design/build processes, and reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software; basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Ability to work on-site in Midvale, UT, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant technical education or apprenticeship in plumbing, mechanical, or construction management preferred.
• Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
