BE STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a motivated Plumbing Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support large-scale plumbing projects in hospitals, schools, and commercial facilities. This is a growing role with a clear path to full Project Manager responsibility.

Candidates with plumbing knowledge or construction experience, field internships, or relevant education are encouraged to apply. Work is in person on multiple job sites with mentorship and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to understand scope of work.
• Assist in estimating labor hours, materials, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Support scheduling and workflow across multiple job sites.
• Order and track materials to ensure timely project execution.
• Help ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress tracking.

About the Role
