Job summary

Wrench Group is seeking a Plumbing Lead Installer in Fairfield, OH to repair and install plumbing systems with a focus on high-quality client experiences.

The role requires at least three years of field experience and a valid Journeyman Plumbing License. You will lead installations, communicate with team members, coach apprentices, and promote service opportunities while maintaining professional standards and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum three years field experience required.
• Journeyman Plumbing License required.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing installations, corresponding invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect from clients.
• Communicate effectively with Service Technician, Sales team member, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
• Promote and maintain high quality craftsmanship.
• Complete required warranty information.
• Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
• Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
• Build a trusting relationship with each client through good communication and competence.
• Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Complete required paperwork and participate in ongoing training.
