Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing installations, invoices and work orders properly and collect from clients.
• Communicate clearly with Service Technician, Sales team, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
• Promote and maintain high quality craftsmanship.
• Complete required warranty information.
• Coach and train apprentice trainees.
• Promote the sale of other products and service agreements.
