The Plumbing Lead Installer at Thomas & Galbraith - Cincinnati is responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring efficient operations and top-quality client experiences. This role emphasizes accurate work orders, effective communication with teams, and a focus on craftsmanship to drive project success.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Minimum three years field experience is required.
• Journeymen Plumbing Licenses are required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete plumbing installations, corresponding invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect from clients (COD).
• Communicate with Service Technician, Sales team member, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
• Promote and maintain high quality workmanship and craftsmanship.
• Complete required warranty information.
• Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
• Promote the sale of other products or service or service agreements with clients.
• Build trusting relationships with clients through good communication and competence.
• Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep company truck clean, inside and out.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Pursue development opportunities through weekly trainings and coaching.

THE BIG TASK

The Plumbing Lead Installer is responsible for repairing plumbing systems in the most efficient manner with highest quality client experiences. What Will I do?

• Complete plumbing installations, corresponding invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect (COD) from clients.
• Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with Service Technician, Sales team member, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
• Promote and maintain high quality craftsmanship
• Complete required warranty information.
• Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
• Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
• Build a trusting relationship with each client through good communication skills and above average competence.
• Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Properly complete required paperwork.
• Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training (specifically weekly training meetings and special classes or seminars) and one-on-one coaching

Do I have What it Takes?

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum three years field experience.
• Available to arrive early and/or stay late when workload requires.
