Job summary

Cox Engineering is seeking an Account Manager for the Service Projects Group in Randolph, MA. You will develop and manage client relationships, identify opportunities, estimate projects, and support execution from inception to closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations and leadership to ensure safety, schedules, and compliance while delivering value across healthcare, education, and commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical construction, plumbing service, or related building infrastructure.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with project estimating, pricing, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners and facility managers.
• Identify and develop project opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Prepare project estimates including labor, materials, and permits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Plumbing leadership, and Master Plumber of Record.
• Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring code compliance and profitability.
• Support invoicing and collections to ensure timely payments.
