Job summary

NEFL Contractors seeks an established Plumbing industry leader with a proven book of business and the relationships to bring it with them. This is not a maintenance role but a growth-focused division head opportunity in the Northeast Florida market.

You will own the growth and direction of the Plumbing division, manage technicians and schedules, recruit a high-performing team, and work directly with ownership to scale the business and maximize profitability.
