Job summary
Quickprojobs is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator for a direct hire role in the NKY region, with travel across OH/KY/IN. The role splits time between estimating new work (about 60%) and running field projects (about 40%), pricing jobs, managing them through completion, and building relationships with GCs, owners, and engineers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in plumbing construction with commercial experience
- Comfortable estimating and managing projects up to $2M
- Strong grasp of plumbing codes and commercial construction sequencing
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and specs, perform takeoffs and build competitive estimates for commercial plumbing jobs up to $2M
- Manage projects from award to closeout including schedules, manpower, RFIs, submittals, and job cost reviews
- Collaborate with Superintendents and field crews to keep projects on track
- Grow the book of business through relationships with GCs, owners, and engineers
- Handle change orders, POs, and vendor/sub agreements
