Job summary

NisAir is seeking a full-time Plumbing Manager to oversee all Plumbing Service Department operations, including scheduling, dispatch, estimating, invoicing, and customer service. The role collaborates with the General Manager and VP of Plumbing to improve procedures, drive profitability, and ensure timely deliverables within budget.

Responsibilities include directing operations, hiring and coaching staff, managing labor and material costs, and pursuing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and field operations.
• Experience in managing service departments and teams.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Plumbing operations.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise Service Department staff.
• Focus on KPIs including revenue, gross profit, labor and material costs.
• Generate revenue opportunities for the Plumbing team.
• Resolve customer service issues and drive growth.
• Supervise installations, repairs and maintenance work.
• Estimate jobs not in Pricebook and assist in sales.
• Plan, schedule and assign Plumbing team activities.
• Maintain safe work environment and inventory on trucks.
