Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing operations ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery
• Lead, coach, and develop service plumbers and support staff
• Monitor performance metrics including revenue, job completion rates and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to maximize technician productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and local plumbing codes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Review estimates, proposals and completed jobs for accuracy and profitability
• Maintain inventory control and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
