You will supervise service technicians, handle customer issues, and drive training programs to ensure top-quality service. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining standards, and coordinating with the business manager on equipment needs and pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a service plumber.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of business school education.
• PL02 certification.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Ability to set standards and conduct performance reviews.
• Ability to meet revenue targets and identify new streams of income.
• Ability to professionally handle customer complaints.
• ServiceTitan proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, persistent, and a self-starter mentality.
• Willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor service technicians, helpers, and customer service reps.
• Address technical questions and help resolve on-the-job challenges to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Dedicate one day per month to field-based training and lead weekly technical and sales training.
• Oversee performance by setting standards and monitoring team metrics for coaching and growth.
• Collaborate with the business manager to identify equipment needs and manage procurement.
• Review ServiceTitan data and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to expand services.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
