You will guide training, manage performance, oversee procurement, and ensure pricing accuracy using ServiceTitan, while maintaining a strong customer‑service focus and a collaborative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a service plumber.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of business school education.
• PL02 certification.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop programs.
• Ability to set standards and conduct performance reviews.
• Ability to meet revenue targets and identify new streams.
• Proficient handling of customer complaints.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, persistent, self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor service technicians, helpers and customer service reps.
• Address technical questions and resolve on‑the‑job challenges.
• Dedicate one day per month to field training and weekly training sessions.
• Oversee performance, set standards and monitor team metrics.
• Work with the business manager on equipment needs and procurement.
• Review ServiceTitan data and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy.
