Join to apply for the Plumbing Office Assistant/Dispatcher role at Suburban Plumbing.

We are currently seeking experienced office personnel to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support company operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining a schedule for service technicians (Excel)
  2. Dispatching calls to technicians
  3. Issuing purchase orders
  4. Maintaining customer database in QuickBooks
  5. Entering invoices, estimates, time logs, receipts, etc., in QuickBooks
  6. Writing and responding to text messages and emails
  7. Answering inbound telephone calls
  8. Developing and implementing organized filing systems
  9. Performing all other office tasks
  10. Answering phones from home after hours and on weekends (schedule TBD)
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  2. Ability to prioritize and multitask
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Strong organizational skills

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Entry-level and part-time applicants may be considered based on schedule and experience.
