Join Our Team at Elliot Builders: Part-Time Admin Assistant/Data Entry

Elliot Builders, a Los Angeles-based construction firm founded in 2019, specializes in high-end residential projects that are thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and quality. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help manage and streamline our growing database of purchase orders, change orders, subcontractor agreements and insurance policies, and deliveries. This is a critical support role that will help ensure our operations remain smooth, efficient, and organized. If you're detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and love working with data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements and bills into our system.

Assist with client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Help maintain organized records and files for easy access and reference.

Collaborate with the office manager to track and update documents.

Review and reconcile discrepancies in data entry.

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the construction industry.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Sheets, Google Drive) and data management software.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
