Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Plumbing Manager to oversee complex residential plumbing projects, mentor journeymen, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

You will manage customer communications, coordinate with other trades, and drive high-quality workmanship across installations and repairs. This role requires strong leadership and extensive field experience in plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive plumbing experience across residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
• Active Master Plumbing License in good standing; able to obtain licenses in other jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of state/local codes and safety regulations.
• Experience leading large plumbing projects and teams.
• Ability to mentor journeymen and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential service work and diagnose complex plumbing issues.
• Manage installation of plumbing systems including valves, fittings, and pipes.
• Explain problems and options to customers to ensure satisfaction with repairs or replacements.
• Coordinate with other trades and maintain project timelines.
