Job summary

Southern Home Services, a nationwide residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company, is seeking a Plumbing Manager in Anniston, AL. You will oversee complex plumbing projects, mentor junior plumbers, ensure code compliance and coordinate with other trades to deliver high‑quality results.

Requirements include 5+ years of plumbing experience, an active Master Plumbing License, and strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in plumbing, including residential, commercial, and industrial work.
• Active Master Plumbing License in good standing, with ability to obtain licenses elsewhere.
• Advanced knowledge of water, gas, drainage and sewage systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans; knowledge of codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute residential service work, diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues.
• Manage installation of plumbing systems, including valves, piping and fittings, ensuring quality.
• Explain problems and options to customers and ensure satisfaction with solutions.
• Support mentorship of Journeyman plumbers and apprentices; coordinate with other trades.
