Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage seeks a Plumbing Manager to serve as the technical authority for all plumbing systems across its properties. You will lead preventive maintenance, ensure safety and code compliance, and drive capital improvements.

You will train staff, manage contractors, and develop standards while coordinating emergency responses for water, sewer, gas, and grease systems to maintain reliability for guests and operations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license required and at least 10 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of California Plumbing Code and code compliance.
• Experience with managing contractors and multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description SummaryThe Plumbing Manager serves as the technical authority for all plumbing systems across all Agua Caliente Casino Resort properties. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Must be able to work in a “lighting subdued” environment for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions to include extreme heat and cold weather.Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
