Job summary

The role requires extensive experience with commercial hospitality facilities, strong knowledge of the California Plumbing Code, and the ability to manage multiple projects and contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires journeyman plumber or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Extensive experience with commercial hospitality, casino, or large institutional facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of California Plumbing Code.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing contractors and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing SME for all three casino properties.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex plumbing failures.
• Develop and enforce enterprise plumbing standards and best practices.
• Assist engineering teams during emergency plumbing failures.
• Provide technical guidance to Engineering Managers and Directors.
• Develop PM frequencies based on manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
• Manage plumbing-related capital and operational projects.
