Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Plumbing Manager to act as the technical authority for all plumbing systems across its casino properties. The role focuses on reliability, safety, compliance, and efficiency of water, sewer, gas, and related systems, with leadership in maintenance, training, and project oversight.

The position develops standards, oversees PM programs, and guides engineers and facilities directors.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of California Plumbing Code.
• Experience managing contractors and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as plumbing SME for all three casino properties.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex plumbing failures.
• Develop enterprise plumbing standards and best practices.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Lead emergency response and capital projects related to plumbing.
