Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver's license in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing inspections and consultation to determine maintenance, repair, and replacement needs in residential settings.
• General maintenance: diagnose and resolve plumbing issues like drain cleaning, leaks, water heater repair/replacement.
• Develop customer service by assisting with client interactions and addressing concerns.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations; identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used; prepare reports for management/regulators.
• Participate in on-the-job training and workshops to develop plumbing skills and knowledge.
