Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and insurability.
• Ability to work as apprentice/helper under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection tours of plumbing-related areas and respond to work orders.
• Generate and document work orders for identified plumbing repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing equipment and maintain spaces clean and orderly.
• Assist with plumbing service requests and communicate status to supervisor.
