Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs repairs, installation, and modifications of piping, fixtures, equipment, and systems.
• Plans, prioritizes, assigns, and reviews work of staff handling plumbing, gas, and domestic water.
• Estimates time and materials for work orders; maintains records and safety protocols.
• Trains staff in plumbing maintenance and safety methods.
