Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead to take ownership of residential plumbing installation projects, lead field crews, and ensure quality workmanship and safety.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes, and the ability to mentor apprentices. A valid Texas license is required. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes.
• Ability to lead installation projects independently and mentor junior team members.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Texas plumbing license required (Tradesman or Journeyman) with TSPBE.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform residential plumbing installations, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance.
• Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water and drain lines, and other residential plumbing systems.
• Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to installation helpers and apprentices.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and identify effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation processes and project updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and applicable plumbing codes.
