Job summary

Adams Power is seeking a Plumbing Laborer/Apprentice. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who want to learn the plumbing trade, gain hands-on experience, and potentially enter a state-recognized apprenticeship program.

No plumbing experience is required. You will work with Journeyman and Master Plumbers on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with a path toward ABC Wisconsin apprenticeship sponsorship and wage progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assisting licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
• Preparing and maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Assisting with excavation, trenching, piping, fixtures, and other plumbing-related work.
• Operating hand tools and power tools safely.
• Learning plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Following OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
