Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to register, enroll and participate in a mechanical apprenticeship program.
• Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Willingness to learn plumbing codes and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate Power Design’s core values in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a licensed Plumbing Journeyman for on-the-job training (OJT) to become a Plumbing Journeyman.
• Assist in performing multifamily and commercial plumbing installations.
• Learn and perform all scopes of large-scale projects, including installing water supply and drainage systems and setting fixtures.
• Participate in an official apprenticeship program and attend classes as required.
