Power Design is offering a Plumbing Apprentice role designed to train you through hands-on experience in multifamily and commercial plumbing installations. You will work under a licensed Plumbing Journeyman to gain the skills needed to become a Journeyman and potentially lead larger projects.

The program includes attending classes as part of a formal apprenticeship, with a clear career path toward leadership roles. A strong emphasis on meeting codes and safety standards is central to the role.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to enroll in an apprenticeship program and attend classes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a licensed Plumbing Journeyman and receive on-the-job training to become a Plumbing Journeyman.
• Assist in performing multifamily and commercial plumbing installations.
• Learn and perform all scopes of large-scale projects, including installing water supply and drainage systems, setting fixtures, and ensuring all plumbing meets code.
• Participate in an official apprenticeship program and attend classes as required.
