As a Plumbing Laborer / Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
This position begins as a Plumbing Laborer and includes a potential pathway into an accredited apprenticeship program through Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin (ABC Wisconsin).
Apprenticeship placement is not guaranteed and is earned through:
Employees may be considered for apprenticeship sponsorship within a few months of hire or after several years, depending on readiness and performance.
If selected for the ABC apprenticeship program, wages will progress according to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Skilled Wage Rate Map (ABC Plumbing Apprentice Wage Scale) and apprenticeship program requirements.
