Trahan's Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated Plumbing Installer to join our growing team in Houma, LA. The position offers uncapped pay potential and a full benefits package.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, install fixtures, and educate customers on maintenance while upholding safety standards. We value experience, strong communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years plumbing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with residential plumbing systems, diagnosis and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing issues.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes of plumbing problems.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to explain concerns and solutions.
• Maintain detailed records and document before/after photos.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and attend safety training.

What you will do:

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Who you are:

• 2+ Years Plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
• Current plumbing certification as required by state
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
