Job summary

Hansen is seeking a self-motivated Service Plumber to join our growing plumbing team in Mobile, AL. This is a commission-based role with uncapped pay potential and strong earning opportunities.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with local codes. We offer benefits, training, and career growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally with customers to explain plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Maintain detailed service records with before/after photos.

What you will do:

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues

• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues

• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues

• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations

• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed

• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems

• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures

• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred

• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship

• Current plumbing certification as required by state

• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
