Job summary

Eco Plumbers Electricians HVAC Technicians is hiring a Plumbing Install Team Member to install pre-sold residential plumbing projects efficiently and accurately. This role provides a direct pathway to becoming a Lead Plumbing Installer and offers opportunities to build long-term client relationships in the community.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with possible overtime and on-site duties. The position requires traveling for out-of-state training and adherence to company safety

Qualifications

• Ability to learn local plumbing codes and apply them on job sites.
• Offers of employment contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow established installation systems while working side-by-side with Lead Installers to meet key performance goals.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship using the necessary tools for accurate residential installations and repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and service trucks, ensuring trucks are properly stocked and cleaned.
• Establish strong customer rapport, deliver knowledgeable service, and maintain a professional appearance to win repeat business and referrals.
• Actively participate in mandatory team meetings, department training, and routine one-on-one sessions with management.
• Routinely communicate with the Install Coordinator and report vehicle damage, broken equipment, or warehouse supply shortages.
• Accurately track timecards, including daily clock-ins and clock-outs.
• Perform physical work in various climate conditions.
