Follow established installation systems while working side-by-side with Lead Installers to meet key performance goals .
Deliver high-quality workmanship using the necessary tools for accurate residential installations and repairs .
Maintain clean, organized job sites and service trucks, ensuring trucks are properly stocked and cleaned .
Establish strong customer rapport, deliver knowledgeable service, and maintain a professional appearance to win repeat business and referrals .
Actively participate in mandatory team meetings, department training, and routine one-on-one sessions with management .
Routinely communicate with the Install Coordinator and report vehicle damage, broken equipment, or warehouse supply shortages .
Accurately track timecards, including daily clock-ins and clock-outs .
Perform physical work in various climate conditions .
Strong desire to continually improve skills and technician capabilities .
Ability to learn local plumbing codes and apply them directly on job sites .
Strong individual contributor who enjoys winning as a team player .
Ability and willingness to travel for out-of-state training to fulfill company certification requirements .

Typical Workweek: 8 to 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week, with a daily start time of 7:00 AM . Shift is Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm.
Seasonal Demand: Extended hours may be required during peak seasons and extreme weather events .
Certifications: Position includes training to earn OSHA Safety Certification and Install System Certification .
