ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company to recruit Plumbing Apprentices for their installation team in Syracuse, NY. This hands-on role offers paid training and a clear path to Lead Installer and Production Manager.

You will learn the trade by working alongside experienced installers on bathroom remodels, with starting pay at $33/hour and notable earnings potential as you advance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apprenticeship, trade, or hands-on experience preferred
• Previous construction, remodeling, plumbing, or carpentry experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
• Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathroom remodeling projects
• Help with demolition, installation, and cleanup
• Learn proper installation techniques and best practices
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Be willing to learn and follow instructions
