Job summary

SAFEbuilt is seeking a skilled Plumbing Inspector in Dallas, TX to perform daily field inspections on residential, commercial, and public facility projects. You will review plans for code compliance, interpret standards, and communicate findings to contractors and the public.

The role requires maintaining meticulous records, using permitting software, and traveling to sites within the region. A Texas State Plumbing Inspector License is required, with ICC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Requires field inspection experience and ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience reviewing plans and calculations for code compliance.
Maintain accurate inspection records and reporting.
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and permit software.

Responsibilities
