Work is performed outdoors and indoors on active construction sites, often exposed to weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and dust. Regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel‑toed boots must be worn at all times on job sites. Work schedules may occasionally include extended hours and weekends to meet project deadlines. Work environment may include loud noise levels and the use of power tools and machinery.
