Position Overview

Staxmatic is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing construction activities on a dedicated commercial project in Texas. This role is responsible for the day-to-day field execution of one assigned job site, overseeing commercial plumbing installation, crew supervision, safety, and schedule performance from start to finish.

The Plumbing Foreman will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other trades to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

This is a 100% on-site commercial construction role for a hands-on foreman who prefers to run one project at a time, build a strong crew, and see the job through all phases — underground, rough-in, and finish-out.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, potential weekend work dependent on project schedule

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, plumbing blueprints, isometrics, and specifications
  • Maintain control of materials, deliveries, staging areas, and tool inventory to prevent delays and rework
  • Provide installation direction through verbal instruction, sketches, and field walkthroughs
  • Enforce company and OSHA job site safety standards; respond to incidents as needed
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure work meets contract documents and code requirements
  • Work alongside the Superintendent to plan upcoming work and contribute plumbing input to the 3–6 week lookahead
