Job summary
Staxmatic is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing construction on a dedicated project in Texas. This on-site role oversees installation, crews, safety, and schedule from start to finish.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of relevant commercial plumbing field experience.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license and driver’s license.
- Ability to lead crews, meet deadlines, and maintain safety/quality.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, perform material takeoffs, and create field layouts.
- Plan daily production; load manpower and align crews with schedule.
- Coordinate with trades, PM, and general contractors.
- Read plumbing drawings, blueprints, isometrics, specs.
- Monitor materials, deliveries, and tool inventory to prevent delays.
- Provide installation direction through instruction and walkthroughs.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and respond to incidents.
- Perform quality inspections to meet contract docs and codes.
- Assist with lookahead planning (3–6 weeks) and RFIs/submittals.
