Job summary

Staxmatic is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Foreman for a dedicated commercial project in Texas. You will lead field mechanical and HVAC activities, supervise crews, ensure safety, and drive schedule and quality from installation through commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of commercial HVAC field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and submittals. This is a hands-on, on-site role with growth toward superintendent/PM paths.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise mechanical and HVAC crews through all construction phases.
  • Review drawings, develop material takeoffs, and support installation activities.
  • Coordinate with other trades and management to meet schedule and safety standards.
  • Oversee ductwork, piping, equipment installation, and system start-up.
  • Enforce site safety standards and quality inspections.
  • Assist planning and lookahead for upcoming work.

This is a hands-on foreman role responsible for the full lifecycle of field execution on one assigned job site, overseeing commercial HVAC and mechanical system installation, crew supervision, safety compliance, and schedule performance.
