This role involves providing oversight and direction to field personnel, ensuring that materials are on-site before labor scheduling. Qualifications

• 5 years of residential new construction experience.

Position: Full-time Residential Plumbing Foreman

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING FOREMAN

Provide oversight and direction for field personnel. Ensure materials are at job site before scheduling labor. Evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction. Assist with complex project installation challenges. Liaise with offsite management, reporting to and recommending to project manager. Confirm that proper procedures are followed. Direct subcontractors and field personnel, providing informal job‑site training and guidance. Lead the team to take pride in their work, ensuring profitability and meeting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of residential new construction experience
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• Applicable state code knowledge
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Journeyman certification preferred (consideration of experience)
• Effective problem‑solving, diplomatic, mentoring, quality‑focused, good communication and interpersonal skills

WORK SCHEDULE

Full‑time Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Overtime may be required during peak periods.
