Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing construction projects.
• Proven experience managing field crews on large commercial projects.
• Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

• Ability to complete digital reports and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Plan, organize, and direct the daily execution of assigned plumbing scopes.
• Coordinate work with project teams, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Build and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Attend coordination meetings and proactively resolve field conflicts to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure all plumbing installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a safe job site while enforcing company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Utilize project technology and digital tools to support field documentation, scheduling, and communication.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing construction projects.
• Proven experience managing field crews and assigned scopes on large commercial or multi-million-dollar projects.
• Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local building codes, and construction safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to complete digital reports and documentation.
