We're looking for a Plumbing Foreman to oversee commercial plumbing projects, lead field operations, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel.
- Plan, organize, and direct the daily execution of assigned plumbing scopes.
- Coordinate work with project teams, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
- Build and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Attend coordination meetings and proactively resolve field conflicts to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all plumbing installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable plumbing codes.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a safe job site while enforcing company safety policies and industry best practices.
- Utilize project technology and digital tools to support field documentation, scheduling, and communication.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing construction projects.
- Proven experience managing field crews and assigned scopes on large commercial or multi-million-dollar projects.
- Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local building codes, and construction safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to complete digital reports and documentation.
- A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
