Qualifications

About The Position

Are you ready to make an impact? As Power Design expands into plumbing work, we are looking for a Plumbing Foreman to play a critical leadership role in the success of our new projects. This means we’ll need someone to ensure all projects maintain a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll have access to innovative technologies including fully-equipped iPads and will travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida for customized training courses. Position Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project schedules.
• Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience managing multimillion-dollar plumbing projects.
• Ability to obtain a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license within 90 days.
• Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes, and safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
