Job summary

G.F. Bowman is seeking a Plumbing Service Field Leader to direct and supervise our team of field technicians, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Nexstar Service System.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to provide leadership, training, and support, delivering high customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities include coaching technicians, providing training on safety and protocols, handling warranty issues, and onboarding new staff while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Plumbing operations and leadership.
• 3 years Plumbing Service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean criminal background.
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Plumbing Field Technicians, ensuring quality service and adherence to company processes.
• Assist the Service Manager with weekly ride-alongs and hands-on coaching for technicians.
• Provide training on technical skills, safety procedures, and company protocols.
• Support technicians during operating hours and after hours as needed.
• Manage warranty issues, callbacks, and troubleshooting, keeping callbacks within KPI metrics.
• Help onboard new Field Technicians and conduct ongoing training.
• Maintain personal technical proficiency and performance in line with company KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and dispatch teams to ensure the department's success.

Position Overview:

As a Plumbing Service Field Leader, you will play a key role in directing and supervising our team of field technicians, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Nexstar Service System.
