Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pasco County Plumbing Ordinances and Codes and ability to acquire it.
• Knowledge of plumbing system construction, maintenance, and operation.
• Knowledge of defects and standard testing devices and corrective measures.
• Knowledge of construction codes, licensing procedures, and state statutes.

Responsibilities

• Makes preliminary, final, and periodic inspections of plumbing systems and facilities.
• Investigates complaints and advises on compliance with regulations.
• Maintains records, files reports, and communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Able to lift/move up to 45 pounds and work in varied conditions.
