Applicants should have a high school diploma and five years of verifiable plumbing construction experience; a provisional Plumbing Inspector license within 120 days of hire; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of plumbing construction trade experience as supervisor/foreman/contractor or licensed journeyman.
• Must obtain provisional Plumbing Inspector license within 120 days of hire.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary, final, and periodic inspections of plumbing systems.
• Investigate complaints of violations.
• Advise contractors, builders, and homeowners on plumbing installations.
• Maintain records and prepare activity reports.
• Operate a vehicle to visit job sites.
