The role focuses on maintenance and repairs of grounds, buildings, and systems, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. The candidate should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and about 4 years of related training/experience, with knowledge of building systems and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of building systems or maintenance/repair.

Responsibilities

• Does light repair and maintenance on buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor electrical issues (lamps, fixtures, outlets).
• Assists in basic plumbing repairs to keep facilities functional.
• Ensures compliance with building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Supports plant care and shuttle service as needed.
• Works flexible hours to avoid disrupting office staff.
