Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and documents tasks in CMMS.
• Troubleshoots basic building systems and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and maintains basic utility system infrastructure.
• Assists with fire alarm and fire protection system tasks.
• Supports installation of building hardware and wall finishes under supervision.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and repair files.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings to complete assignments.
