Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of mechanical estimating experience in construction.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and requirements to define scope of work.
• Conduct on-site visits to gather conditions and constraints.
• Complete take-offs and prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Provide input on value engineering opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Develop bid proposals and coordinate with the bid team.
