Ideal candidates have 5+ years in plumbing with 3+ years in estimating; strong blueprint reading and communication skills; knowledge of MS Office; and a proven work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience (10 years preferred) in the plumbing industry and at least 3 years of estimating experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Estimate plumbing projects and develop bid packages and scopes of work for subcontractors.
• Review and analyze vendor/subcontractor bids and prepare contracts.
• Coordinate data and compare project capabilities with office resources.
• Perform equipment takeoffs and prepare submittals.
• Support Managers and Project Managers with technical guidance.
